
Burst Networks announces acquisition of Connexthosting
Dear all valued current clients and future customers.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances with Connext Hosting, they have been forced to close early.
As Burst Networks has had a long partnership with Connext Hosting with setting up hardware and providing some technical support, they have given us the option to acquire Connext and all of its clients.
All clients will be Informed individually informing them of the process. Most clients may stay put with no changes to be made. However some will be moved back here to home in Brisbane.
IP’s for all servers shall remain the same, the re-routing will be commenced on Monday 21st of September to test that IP’s can be used on Brisbane servers as well.
We will continue to update this page as an updated blog system.

You can be assured Burst Networks will handle all aspects of any migration that need to take place. With the latest recruitment of new staff to Burst Networks, support tickets are getting replies in under 10 minutes.
All plan prices will remain the same and if migration has to take place, you will be receiving 50% off your next invoice.

UPDATES:
22/09/09: IP re-route didn’t go to plan. What we have done is updated all name servers to our new IP’s. Sites and everything will start to be resolving and serving off the new servers now.
Anyone with Dedicated IP’s that we have not informed, please let us know. Support@burstnetworks.com.au. Anyone with SSL certificates that we have not informed, please contact your SSL provider and ask them for the SSL and cert code. Once you have this, please email it in to support@burstnetworks.com.au ad we can then re-install your SSL with your new IP’s.
Next update will come tomorrow, and accounts will be starting to import your details and services into the Burst Networks WHMCS billing and support system. You will receive a welcome email with your WHMCS login details, please keep this for future reference.
25/09/09: All clients have now been migrated into the Burst Networks WHMCS billing and support system.
Everyone should have received a Welcome email from us with your new WHMCS client login details, if you have not received a welcome email please email support@burstnetworks.com.au.
Everyone will now be billed directly from Burst Networks. Please DO NOT keep paying Connext Hosting. All automated PayPal subscriptions to them, we ask that you now cancel them.
